Kevin concentrates exclusively on alleged violations of Federal and State criminal law.  Kevin represents individuals and organizations charged with DWI, theft, fraud, sex and drug offenses. Kevin has first chaired over 30 felony jury trials and won not guilty verdicts for his clients in cases involving DWI, drugs, armed robbery, assault, stealing and theft.

In addition to extensive trial experience Kevin has been a long time member of the Missouri Bar: Criminal Law Committee. He has authored treatises for the Missouri Bar on criminal practice and served on the Missouri Bar's legislative review subcommittee focusing on pending criminal legislation. Currently Kevin chairs the criminal law subcommittee of the Boone County Bar.

Kevin is a member of the Missouri Bar, The United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, The American Bar Association and The Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Kevin believes that insightful representation is the key to a successful defense and he puts his experience to use every day in the trenches fighting for the rights of his clients.
